- You’re notified immediately of booking via email & given customer information
- You confirm the booking and manage the rest of the customer relationship; Go Galavant is in touch with you and the customer only as needed after the deposit is paid
- Operator dashboard allows you to keep track of trips, sales, and reply to customer reviews
